Half Price Books offers FREE meeting space in our Half Price Books Community Room to nonprofit organizations. The Half Price Books Community Room is a safe and friendly environment inside the Northwest Highway Half Price Books Store which gives organizations a central place to meet.
For reservations or questions about hosting your group meeting at the Half Price Books Dallas Community Room, please email communityroom@halfpricebooks.com.

Eligibility:
- Groups must be a nonprofit, charitable, community-oriented organization.
- A minimum of 20 attendees at the event.
- If your group is smaller than 20 people, but you would still like to use the Half Price Books Community Room, please let us know. We cannot reserve the entire room for you, but we would like to know that you are using it for future reservations. We would also like to be able to inform you in the future if there is some kind of scheduling conflict and perhaps put you on our calendar.
- We must receive a hard complete copy, either hardback or paperback (not an electronic copy) of your book before we start discussing the possibilities.
- Please either drop the book by our Northwest Highway location with one of the managers or assistant managers or mail a copy to:

The book needs to be received by Kristen Beverly at least a month before the event date in order for the event to be considered.
Art Gallery
- The Community Room also doubles as an art gallery. If you are interested in having your family friendly artwork (photography, paintings, etc.) in the Community Room for a set period of time, please e-mail communityroom@halfpricebooks.com with samples of your artwork.
- This is a service to the community and is no charge to you.
- All pieces of artwork that will be displayed in the Community Room need to be approved in person by the Community Room liaison at least two weeks before hanging the artwork.
