HALF PINT LIBRARY - HOSPITAL BENEFICIARIES

Since 1999, Half Price Books has created hundreds of Half Pint Libraries in children's hospitals. The Half Pint Libraries reach pediatric patients by partnering with some pretty terrific facilities across the nation. Doctors, nurses, child life specialists and teachers at these hospitals, special needs clinics and community centers use the books provided by the Half Pint Library program for therapy, literacy education and as an escape from physical and emotional challenges faced by many child-patients.
